It's a Binghamton Thing
Retired from teaching, Julie decided to start a podcast. Come listen as she talks to people from Binghamton, discusses pop culture and dives into beauty and makeup. According to her she thinks everyone who grew up here is a "Local Legend" or "Binghamton Famous." Not only just the obvious movers and shakers, but the unsung heroes like the cashier at your favorite childhood grocery store. She'll also share beauty info she's learned along the way (Her love of all things beauty started at Crones Drugs Store while canvassing the aisles with a Glamour magazine in hand at 10 years old).
Julie believes Binghamton's own local legend, Rod Serling, said it best. "Everyone has to have a hometown, Binghamton's mine."

It's a Binghamton Thing
Talking Tolle with Shelly
My sister Shelly returns to talk about our favorite teacher Eckhart Tolle. We discuss the power of accepting what is and accepting the moment to create less suffering in every aspect of our lives. With more acceptance and less resistance, we all have the power to create more peace for ourselves and others.
I have attached the links to the books mentioned in this episode.
