It's a Binghamton Thing
Retired from teaching, Julie decided to start a podcast. Come listen as she talks to people from Binghamton, discusses pop culture and dives into beauty and makeup. According to her she thinks everyone who grew up here is a "Local Legend" or "Binghamton Famous." Not only just the obvious movers and shakers, but the unsung heroes like the cashier at your favorite childhood grocery store. She'll also share beauty info she's learned along the way (Her love of all things beauty started at Crones Drugs Store while canvassing the aisles with a Glamour magazine in hand at 10 years old).
Julie believes Binghamton's own local legend, Rod Serling, said it best. "Everyone has to have a hometown, Binghamton's mine."

Dungeons and Dragons with Binghamton's own-Shelly Mazzanoble
Shelly Mazzanoble joins the podcast to talk about all things D&D. She's authored four books on the topic, with her latest release titled "How to Dungeon Master Parenting." Shelly graciously educated me on the basics of D&D and the depth of this cult-favorite game, which also happens to celebrate its 50th anniversary this year. You don't need to be a D&D enthusiast to grasp the conversation, but you might find yourself drawn into this captivating universe that offers both entertainment and educational value. I know I certainly did.
